【檢驗(yàn)方法】

在進(jìn)行檢測(cè)前必須先完整閱讀使用說(shuō)明書(shū)，使用前將本品和尿樣恢復(fù)至室溫（20℃～30℃）。

• 撕開(kāi)鋁箔袋，取出試劑盒，應(yīng)在1小時(shí)內(nèi)盡快使用。
• 將試劑盒置于干凈平坦的臺(tái)面上，用塑料吸管垂直滴加3滴無(wú)空氣泡的尿樣（約100µL）于加樣孔（S）中。
• 等待紫紅色條帶的出現(xiàn)，3～5分鐘時(shí)直接觀察結(jié)果，10分鐘后判定無(wú)效。

陰性（-）：出現(xiàn)兩條紫紅色條帶。一條位于檢測(cè)區(qū)（T），另一條位于控制區(qū)（C）。陰性結(jié)果表明尿液中的因濃度在閾值（3000ng/mL）以下。

無(wú)效：控制區(qū)（C）未出現(xiàn)紫紅色條帶。表明操作不當(dāng)或試劑盒已失效。在此情況下，應(yīng)再次仔細(xì)閱讀說(shuō)明書(shū)，并用新的試劑盒重新測(cè)試。如果問(wèn)題仍然存在，應(yīng)立即停止使用此批號(hào)產(chǎn)品，并與當(dāng)?shù)毓?yīng)商。

腳氣的治療
足癬（腳氣）的治療應(yīng)該根據(jù)不同的臨床類型及不同的皮膚損害采用不同的藥物。足癬（腳氣）以局部治療為主。
局部治療
1.    鱗屑角化型：復(fù)方苯甲酸軟膏、3%克霉唑霜、1%益康唑霜或1%聯(lián)苯芐唑霜、2%咪康唑霜；
2.    水皰型：0.2%醋酸鉛浸泡，干燥后再涂擦上述外用藥；
3.    浸漬糜爛型：先用1%依沙吖啶溶液、1:5000高錳酸鉀溶液濕敷，然后撒足癬粉，干燥后外用上述霜?jiǎng)┖蛙浉唷?br />內(nèi)服治療
足癬嚴(yán)重者可口服灰黃霉素或酮康唑。氟康唑每周150mg或每日50mg頓服，連用2-6周。伊曲康唑每日200mg頓服，連續(xù)1-2周。特比萘芬每日250mg頓服，連服2周。
注意事項(xiàng)
?    腳氣要及早治療. 腳氣不但會(huì)影響日常生活, 而且會(huì)引發(fā)丹毒等嚴(yán)重性疾病。
?    要選用正確的藥物治療腳氣. 腳氣是由真菌引起的, 應(yīng)該的使用抗真菌藥。 外用膚輕松,皮炎平軟膏等藥物有時(shí)會(huì)適得其反, 幫助腳氣擴(kuò)展。
?    不要自行停止用藥。不能以是否瘙癢減輕作為治愈標(biāo)準(zhǔn), 要用藥到殺死真菌為標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。
?    治療期間，病人換下來(lái)的襪子、內(nèi)衣和床上用品應(yīng)用熱水（60℃以上）燙洗，以減少傳染可能。
?    腳氣發(fā)生繼發(fā)感染時(shí)，局部出現(xiàn)急性炎癥。就不能按一般腳氣治療，應(yīng)該先處理繼發(fā)感染。如有紅腫，局部可外用硼酸水或呋喃西林液冷溫敷可消炎消腫，必要時(shí)還要全身投用抗生素，并按照醫(yī)生囑咐適當(dāng)休息。
癬是由真菌引起的皮膚病。致病的是淺部真菌，主要侵犯毛發(fā)、皮膚、指甲。如：頭癬、體癬、股癬、甲癬、手足癬(足癬)、花斑癬等。癬病好發(fā)于夏季，接觸患癬的人或動(dòng)物及公用生活用具，均可發(fā)生傳染。注意，部分病名雖包含癬字但卻不是癬病，如“牛皮癬”。 真菌不含葉綠素，不能進(jìn)行光合作用，故需從外界獲取營(yíng)養(yǎng)和能量，行寄生或腐生生活。在其整個(gè)生活史中，能產(chǎn)生各種形態(tài)的孢子，進(jìn)行有性繁殖或無(wú)性繁殖。
